Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These terms keep things clear between you and Todoing ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using Todoing at app.todoing.co, you agree to them. They're written to be read.

1. The service

Todoing is a work and resource planner for teams: personal week planning, a shared team grid, milestones, leave and time off, and (on paid plans) AI-generated briefs, effort estimation and time tracking. Todoing is an ongoing service in active development, currently in open beta. We host it, maintain it and change it continuously.

We may add, change, limit or remove any feature, and we may suspend or discontinue the service or any part of it, at any time. Where a change materially affects paid workspaces we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app. We are not liable to you for any change to, limitation of, or withdrawal of the service or any feature.

2. Your account and workspace

3. Plans, trials and billing

4. Your data

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Todoing to break the law, to store malicious code, to attempt to breach other workspaces' isolation, or to resell the service. We may suspend workspaces that do.

6. Availability, warranties and liability

We work to keep Todoing fast and dependable, but we do not promise it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that it will meet your requirements. We do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability, and we may carry out maintenance at any time. Keep your own copies of anything important.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from: downtime, interruptions, delays or system failures; loss of or damage to data; unauthorised access or security incidents; bugs or errors; your reliance on AI-generated output, which can be wrong and is not professional advice; or the acts, outages or changes of the third parties we rely on (including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe and Anthropic). We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount your workspace actually paid us in that period or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Ending things

You can stop using Todoing and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, or delete a workspace, for breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected abuse, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where practical. On termination your right to use the service ends. Clauses that by their nature should survive (data ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.

8. Changes, and the rest

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at todoing.co/terms.html. If we change them materially we'll notify workspace owners by email or in the app before the change applies, and continuing to use Todoing means you accept the update. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the service; if any part is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions: support@todoing.co.
