Choosing

What each plan is for.

Three plans, and the difference between them is small on purpose. You are not buying a better planner further up the page, you are buying fewer limits and a few tools you can switch on.

Free
One person, or a team of up to three, running up to three projects at a time. It is the whole planner rather than a trial of it, and it does not expire. The limits are 3 people, 3 active projects and 100 tasks in total.
Pro
For a team that has outgrown three of something. The same planner with the caps taken off, and leave and time off booked on the same calendar as the work, so who is away is already part of the plan.
Enterprise
For people who run work as a business and bill for it. Adds the AI morning brief and scrum, the estimation engine, and task and time tracking. All three stay off until you switch them on.

Every plan gets the weekly planner with drag and drop, task lists and gantt charts, project milestones, and live updates for the whole team. None of the planner is held back for a paid tier.

Questions

Project management FAQs.

What is ToDoing?

ToDoing is simple project management that works like a to-do list. You plan your week as tasks, and ToDoing reads it back as clear projects, milestones and gantt charts. You set goals and work towards them, without the effort of running a project management system.

Is it right for a small team or a startup?

Yes. ToDoing is built for individuals or SME and startup teams juggling many tasks across many projects. It is simple enough to feel like a list on paper, and clever enough to keep everyone on the right work without missing deadlines. There is no learning curve.

Does it work for professional services and agencies?

Yes. ToDoing suits agencies, consultants, IT teams, accountants, architects and any service provider. If you bill in days or hours, you can turn on task and time tracking on the Enterprise plan and log time in the easiest way, with no timesheets to chase.

Is ToDoing a good free Asana, Monday or ClickUp alternative?

Yes. ToDoing is a lighter, calmer alternative to heavy project management tools. It gives you the project awareness of Asana, Monday or ClickUp with none of the setup, and it is free for up to 3 people, 3 projects and 100 tasks in total.

Can ToDoing do resource planning and show who is working on what?

Yes. Because a task scheduled on a person on a day is the plan, the team view shows who is on what, on any day, with no separate booking system to keep in sync.

How is ToDoing different from Asana, Monday or ClickUp?

Those tools ask you to run a project management system. ToDoing asks you to plan your week, then does the project awareness for you. There is nothing to administer and no setup to learn. It stays current on its own, so you don't have to manage anything.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 people, 3 active projects and 100 tasks in total, forever, including the week planner, the team view and the gantt. No card required.

Is my data private?

Your workspace is isolated per organisation and hosted in the EU. On Enterprise, workspace text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to write the AI features, and the weekly digest is emailed through Resend. Both are named in our privacy policy. There are no advertising trackers.
