Prices are per person. A seat is an active member of your workspace, and deactivated people do not count. Annual billing is ten months for twelve.

Enterprise
Adds these optional features of a daily AI brief (your planned tasks checked against the plan), an Estimation engine (to help you get insights into your running costs), and Time Tracking (where you log yours or your teams' time spent on any task or project).

Every plan gets the weekly planner with drag and drop, task lists and gantt charts, project milestones, and live updates for the whole team. None of the planner is held back for a paid tier.

What is ToDoing?

ToDoing is simple project management that works like a to-do list. You plan your week as tasks and put a date on the handful of things a project has to hit. The gantt chart, the team view and the milestone list all draw themselves off those two things.

Is it right for a small team or a startup?

Yes. ToDoing is built for individuals, SME and startup teams juggling a lot of tasks across a lot of projects. The first thing you do is write down what you are working on this week, and you already do that somewhere. Everything else is read off it.

Does it work for professional services and agencies?

Yes. It fits agencies, consultancies, IT teams, accountants and architects. If you bill in days or hours, turn on task and time tracking with the Enterprise plan: ticking a task done logs its time, so nobody chases a timesheet on Friday.

Is ToDoing a good free Asana, Monday or ClickUp alternative?

Yes. ToDoing is a lighter, calmer alternative to heavy project management tools. It gives you the project awareness of Asana, Monday or ClickUp with none of the setup, and it is free for up to 3 people, 3 projects and 100 tasks in total.

Can ToDoing do resource planning and show who is working on what?

Yes. Every task already carries a person and a day, so the team view can show who is on what for any day. Drag a bar to another row to reassign it, or to another day to move it, and everyone sees the change in about a second.

How is ToDoing different from Asana, Monday or ClickUp?

Those tools ask you to run a project management system. ToDoing asks you to plan your week. The gantt, the team view and the milestone list draw themselves off the tasks and dates you already set, and anything you did not finish yesterday is sitting on today when you open it.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 people, 3 active projects and 100 tasks in total, forever, including the week planner, the team view and the gantt. No card required.

Is my data private?

Your workspace is isolated per organisation and hosted in the EU. On Enterprise, workspace text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to write the AI features, and the weekly digest is emailed through Resend. Both are named in our privacy policy. There are no advertising trackers.
