• Project pages now use the full width of your screen. The timeline stretches edge to edge, boards fit more columns, and the milestone list lines up effort and due dates in tidy columns.
• The Team tab is a proper page: every member as a card, one tap to add or remove someone from a project's team.
• Touch tablets get the complete planner. Controls that used to appear only on mouse hover are now always reachable on touch, and timeline bars drag properly on iPads.
• Booking leave, logging time and the Settings dialogs open as bottom sheets on phones, with full-size inputs, and the keyboard no longer hides the buttons.
• The app shell is now cached on your device, so repeat visits load instantly and the planner opens even on a flaky connection.
• History, the activity log, is now open to the owners and admins of every workspace.

Weavy has a new name: Todoing, now living at todoing.co with the app at app.todoing.co.

• Your workspace, data, plan and prices are unchanged. Sign in once on the new address and carry on.
• Every old weavy.work link redirects to the new domain, and subscribed leave calendars keep working without any change.
• If you had the app installed on your phone's home screen, remove it and add it again from app.todoing.co to get the new one.

• My Week on phones is now built around the day: a week strip of day chips up top, the selected day's tasks as a comfortable list below. Swipe to change day, drag a task onto a chip to move it.
• Adding and editing tasks happens in a bottom sheet with full-size inputs, so iOS stops zooming into the form.
• Invites can be sent by email straight from the People page, and Todoing emails the join link for you.
• New workspaces get a short getting-started checklist and a one-tap sample project, so the grid never starts empty.
• The daily brief can be switched on or off per workspace in Settings, like estimation and tracking.

• Each project now opens as a page with tabs: Workplan, Team, Updates, and Tracking when it's on.
• The workplan groups milestones into sections, shown as lists or a kanban board, with drag and drop for both milestones and sections.
• Milestones no longer need a due date. Keep them in the plan and they join the timeline the moment you date them.
• Double-click any bar on the timeline to edit its milestone. Drag bars to move or resize them.
• Updates get simple rich text (bold, lists, links) and emoji reactions, live for the whole team.
• Estimation now closes its loop: save a built estimate as a quote you can print for a client, and an Accuracy tab compares what you estimated with what work actually took.

Pricing is now three plain plans, billed per person:

• Free: 3 people, 3 active projects. Enough to really use it.
• Pro, $2 per person per month or $20 per year: unlimited people and projects, plus leave and time-off management.
• Enterprise, $6 per person per month or $60 per year: everything in Pro, plus the AI daily brief, the estimation engine and task and time tracking.

Every new workspace starts with a free 14-day trial of the full Enterprise feature set, then lands on Free. Card payments run through Stripe checkout.

Tracking arrives for teams that bill by the day or hour, built on one idea: the plan already exists, so confirm it instead of filling in timesheets.

• Turn tracking on per workspace and per project. Untracked projects see nothing at all.
• Completing a task logs its planned time in one tap, with a small chip to adjust if the day ran long.
• Each tracked project chooses days or hours as its unit and gets a budget with a burn bar, so you see committed and logged time against it.
• The Tracking tab on a project shows time by person and by type of work, exports CSV, and keeps rates visible to admins only.
• A budget alert emails the workspace admins when a project crosses its threshold.

Time off is now part of Todoing, drawn on the same grid the team plans in.

• Book leave with half-day precision, route it to one approver, and see live balances: allowance, taken, booked, remaining.
• Public holidays import by country and real region, England and Scotland included, and never count against leave.
• A team wall chart shows who's away this month, and every calendar app can subscribe to personal or team leave feeds.
• Already using another leave tool? Point Todoing at its calendar link and absences mirror onto the grid, read-only.
• Planning around absence is automatic: the grid shades days off, and scheduling work onto someone's leave or a public holiday warns you while you're doing it.

The same week also brought avatars for everyone, a Documents tab for workspace files, and a cleaner People page.

• The planner is now live for the whole team: a task moved by one person appears on everyone's screen in under a second, without anyone touching refresh.
• The team overview is now hands-on. Drag task bars and milestone flags to reschedule, reassign or move work between projects, Someday included.
• Each workspace sets its own working days and timezone. Rollover, calendars and the daily brief all follow it, so a Sunday-to-Thursday team plans as naturally as a Monday-to-Friday one.
• Card checkout went live for paid plans, handled by Stripe.

Todoing (then still called Weavy) opened its doors:
